Bloops Game

Do you have the memory of a goldfish? Welcome to the Bloops fishbowl! In this "blind" discard game, the goal is to end with the lowest score. You start the game with 6 face-down cards, but you can only memorize 3... Easy, right? At least until your cards are swapped, new ones are added, or you get so caught up in your opponents' mistakes that you lose track of your own hand! On your turn, draw a card. Keep it or discard it but watch out! If you replace one of your cards, you must do so without looking at it. Make a mistake? That’s a penalty. Discarded cards can trigger special effects: adding a card to an opponent, swapping hands, or peeking at a card. This joyful chaos is amplified by the "counter-discard" mechanic, where everyone can simultaneously get rid of matching cards. When the number 20 card is played or a player shouts "Bloops!", the game ends and scores are revealed. Unless you have 3 or more "Star" cards they don't count! Memorization, bluffing, and perfect timing will make you the King of the Fishbowl. Average playtime: 15 minutes. Number of players: 2 to 5. Recommended age: 8 and up (Perfect for ages 8, 9, 10, 11+).
